Receive and direct incoming and outgoing mail.
Draft and type official letters and reports.
Scheduling Appointments:
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
Prepare daily and weekly agendas for the manager.
File Management:
Organize and archive files and records for easy access.
Maintain confidentiality of data and documents.
Visitor Reception:
Professionally receive and welcome clients or visitors.
Organize visitor access based on scheduled appointments.
Telephone Handling:
Answer phone calls and transfer them to the concerned departments.
Record phone messages and follow up accordingly.
Meeting Coordination:
Prepare meeting documents and presentations.
Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.
General Administrative Support:
Assist in preparing periodic reports.
Follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions.
Order necessary office supplies and maintain inventory.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in secretarial or administrative work.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
- English level : very good
