Job Description

  • Facilitate the HR Strategic Planning Process, ensuring that comprehensive strategies, plans, and budgets are developed, approved, and communicated both within the HR team and to necessary functions across Al Gihaz Holding. 
  • Ensure the integration of HR solutions across business units.
  • Design, Manage and Lead the HR service level agreements between the central of expertise (COE) and the business units.
  • Mange HR Dashboard.
  • Work with HR Strategic Team to develop metrics to monitor key HR strategies and deliverables.
  • Manage HR budgeting activities to meet company required timelines.
  • Identify cross-functional HR issues and provides leadership in developing and implementing solutions.
  • Lead key HR cross-functional projects as assigned by the HR Director 
  • Champion change management principles and practices for the HR function. Peer reviews large HR project implementation plans (being managed by COE) to ensure proper change management practices are being used.
  • Work with the COE Team, and participate in the development, revision, interpretation, and execution of human resources policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Identify issues, analyze and interpret data, and develop innovative solutions to a variety of unusually complex problems using a high degree of independent judgment.
  • Manage the other HR Business Partners among the group (Subsiders) 
  • Plans, facilitates, and participates in HR internal meeting.

  • The ability to effectively and efficiently initiate, plan, budget, and manage projects.
  • Advanced change management and strategic thinking skill sets are highly desirable.
  • Strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • 3  years managing share Services concept and SLA program
