Job Description

Kellogg's Tolaram Noodles Egypt, a leader in Industry FMCG, is seeking a dynamic Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for HR and a desire to develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment. The Junior HRBP will play a key role in supporting our HR operations, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Visiting DCs in greater Cairo (Cairo-Giza) 
  • Partner with business units to align HR and business objectives.
  • Support employee relations, including managing queries and issues.
  • Contribute to performance management processes, including feedback and improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior HR members to understand business needs and provide HR guidance.
  • Help in coordinating training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
  • Recruitment for Sales department titles starts from sales supervisors

     

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business, HR, or related field. HR certification is a plus.
  • 2+ years in HR or 2+ years as an HRBP. Experience in tech or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong in communication, analytical skills, and MS Office. Advanced English required.
  • Familiar with HRIS and full-cycle recruiting.

Key Skills

  • Proven HR function experience, especially in OD & performance management.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
