Job Description
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling, programming and production equipment capabilities and quality control standards
- Supervises and organizes Machining and forming activities (Turning, Milling, Tapping… etc.).
- Co-ordinates and interfaces between machining and pre-fabrication activities
- Co-ordinates external suppliers which involved in the manufacturing stages.
- Monitors and analyses production performance metrics to ensure that cost and quality targets are maintained (production yield, defect parts).
- Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality standards
- Searches for the most efficient technical solutions for external manufacturing
- Provides quantitative data for producing progress reports.
- Follow-up the daily machining processes in order to perform and deliver products with-in the quality specifications
Job Requirements
- BSc. Degree of Mechanical/Production engineering. •
- Have a minimum 1- 3 year's experience with the technical field .
- works on power mill program is a must .
