Job Description
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and products/services.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in business development strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and best practices.
- Very good English Level
