Job Description
• Work with different clients on the 360 hiring process.
• Collaborate and post job ads to local and global job boards, social media, and LinkedIn.
• Sourcing & screening and provide shortlists for great talents.
• Schedule calls and interviews.
• Interview and assess the candidates’ traits VS the job requisitions.
• Communicate and send out emails (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails, and offer letters)
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Job Requirements
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in hiring CALL CENTER AGENTS roles
