Monglish Academy is hiring CEO Assistant “Alexandria”
Location: Alexandria
Work Conditions:
- From 11:00 Am to 8:00 PM.
- Location: Alexandria.
- Work From Office.
Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
· Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
· Manage phone calls and correspondence.
· Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
· Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
• BS degree in commerce (English Section) is preferred.
• Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent Microsoft office.
• Presentable
•Excellent organizational Skills
