Job Description
- Handle inventory of office supplies
- Coordinate with office administration for processing of payments.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of our office facilities' physical infrastructure and systems
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Assist the management team in running their schedules and booking appointments effectively
- Set up visit agendas, including booking calendars and making necessary reservations
- Assisting service manager in coordinating with agencies, suppliers, and service providers
- Perform basic public relations and corporate affairs tasks
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic skills
- Proficient in typing both in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in French is a plus
- Excellent command of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Task oriented and able to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in order of urgency/importance
