Job Description
Commercial
- Maintain commercial records on Sales force and other business platforms
- Identify & acquire “Sales Opportunities” with prospect client
- Update clients with possible changes in pricing according to business needs and operational requirements
- Achieve quarterly individual sales performance targets.
- Create and execute quarterly engagement plan (existing customers)
- Create and execute quarterly sales plan (new customers).
- Obtain forecasts and proactively plan with customers and concerned internal parties.
- Update and complete required reports.
- Review contracts of prospects customers
Customer Service
- Provide Customer with good and healthy experience
- Create opportunities in Sales force
- Send quotations to customers
- Act as liaison between clients from one side and operations team from another side
- Follow up on client’s adherence to terms of payment collections
- Maintain and record all customer data and history of interactions on CRM (Salesforce).
Job Requirements
- 2 years of experience in any sales role/ Logistics roles
- Prior experience in B2B sales and account management (shipping and logistics is a plus)
- Bachelor Degree (preferably in Logistics)
- Excellent Command of English Language
