Job Description
The Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer is responsible for executing the maintenance plan, repair, troubleshooting, and operational activities of site/plant. The roe focuses on ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently, reliably, and safely according to specifications and operational requirements
Roles & Accountabilities
• Execute operation and maintenance activities, ensuring smooth functioning of site equipment and facilities.
• Monitor and analyze site performance and identifying issues for proactive resolution.
• Lead site O&M Supervisors and technicians.
• Document and report maintenance performance and activities in addition to maintenance progress.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational and maintenance challenges.
• Leads the site O&M team in adhering to QHSE standards through preventive maintenance practices, incident reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that the site costs comply with budget.
Job Requirements
Skills & Qualifications;-
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance preferably in HVAC.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on problem solving
• Good English proficiency (written & verbal)
