Job Description
- Supervise and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of residential infrastructure (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevators, etc.).
- Monitor the performance of MEP systems and ensure all services are running efficiently and within safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and facility management providers for outsourced services.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of systems and facilities to identify issues and areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and operational plans.
- Manage complaints or service requests from residents and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, costs, and equipment life cycles.
- Support commissioning and handover processes for newly completed residential phases.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement energy-saving solutions where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and company standards.
