Job Description
- Work closely with the managers to understand the profile they are looking for and ensure that their requirements will be fulfilled.
- Responsible for and managing the full candidate process including Screening & filtering resumes/applications, conducting phone interviews, testing & assessments, face-to-face interview, shortlisting, reference checks, job offers, and onboarding process.
- Handles Monthly Attendance.
- Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIS.
- Ensures Employees adherence to the company’s policies
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Handles the performance appraisal process.
- Managing workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Monitor staff annual and sick leave balances to maintain the full compliance with the Egyptian labor law and leave policy
- Maintain employee files and records in Soft & hard copies
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Dealing with the social insurance office for submitting form 1,2 & 6
- Following up on contracts renewal and probation periods
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Job Requirements
- Recruitment experience is a must
- Construction Background is a MUST
- 6-8 years of experience
- Accuracy, attention to detail & An initiative attitude
- Excellent communication & reporting skills
- Perfect user in Microsoft Office
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Excellent command of English
- HR Certificate is preferable
