Job Description
- Monitor key quality indicator data and track quality issues impacting business performance.
- Handle process quality abnormalities.
- Track improvements in appearance and functionality yield rates; reassess defective products based on appearance.
- Responsible for driving the closure of abnormal issues in a closed-loop manner.
Follow up on quality abnormalities. - Monitor and analyze various quality indicators on the production line.
- Coordinate with departments to meet quality inspection requirements.
- Share and transfer expertise.
- Manage the daily work of QC (Quality Control).
Job Requirements
- Education and Major: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Language Skills: Proficient in daily communication in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Professional Skills: Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint); familiar with the seven QC tools; capable of writing 8D reports.
- Work Experience: Prior experience in the electronics manufacturing industry is preferred.
- General Abilities: Strong data analysis, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Personal Traits: Team-oriented, competitive, and skilled at influencing and motivating others.
