Job Description

"Business Development executive - cairo" position with a focus on lead generation, client meetings, communication, and revenue generation

Department: Sales

Location: Hybrid

Reports to: Sales Manager

 

Job Summary/ Description:

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven  "Business Development executive" to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and generating new leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, attending face-to-face meetings, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth. 
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of customer needs, and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify, research, and target new potential clients and market segments. Build a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, and effectively communicate our product/service value propositions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional support and timely follow-ups. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Revenue Generation: Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets by closing deals and securing contracts. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales Reporting : Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions to the sales manager.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role (experience in Flooring & Decoration is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to attend any required face-to-face meetings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
