Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience ideally in the Poultry industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence. A background in export sales is highly preferred. This is a senior leadership role where you will lead a team, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets.

 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the product Poultry range, with a focus on Poultry products, to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify market opportunities, conduct competitor analysis, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Plan and execute annual sales budgets, forecasts, and targets to optimize performance and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive high performance and achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Build and maintain a strong team culture focused on growth, customer satisfaction, and market leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and market dynamics to provide tailored solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and penetrate new markets, both local and international, with a focus on export opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end export process, including logistics, customs, and compliance with international trade regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a preferable.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales in the Poultry industry i a MUST.
  • Strong track record of managing large, diverse sales teams and driving sales growth.
  • Proven experience in export sales and international market expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Deep knowledge of  Poultry products, and international trade regulations.
