Job Description
- Diagnose Desktops\Notebooks problems
- Determine cause and Isolate problem.
- Determine the defective Spare Part (when required).
- Create\Update internal CRM system Forms and follow the workflow cycle.
- Keep customer updated to their cases.
- Support Interact customers either onsite, over the phone, remotely or as outsourcing staff
Job Requirements
- University Degree or Relevant
- Desktops\Notebooks Hardware diagnosis skills is a must
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must
- Ability to work under Pressure
- Good English spoken and written is a must
- Males are preferred
