Job Description
- Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
- Support network infrastructure activities.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Give technical support for all users as a first layer of support.
- Troubleshoot issues and problems solving.
- Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees.
- Manage and oversee all IT assets.
- Ability to manage support in more than 1 planet facility in schedule basis.
Job Requirements
- BSc. in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
- 4+ years of experience in technical support, infrastructure, and network
- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
- Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best Practices, including knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Able to support multiple projects efficiently, maintain strict confidentiality, function in a dynamic environment, handle stress and high levels of responsibility, and work well in a team environment.
- Experience in corporate networks, specifically networks that span multiple subnets.
- Experience in Office 365 support and maintenance.
- Proficiency in English
