Job Description
- Share the review & evaluation of Arch. design packages intended for tendering for constructability and integrity.
- Report to the senior Architect. on any noted quality deviations by Contractors.
- Coordinate with the HSE officer to agree on the required site safety measures.
- Coordinate with other trades engineers for integrity and proper arrangement of site construction activities.
- Inspection of Contractors’ site activities & comparison the compliance with Contract specifications.
- Follow up on Contractors’ work progress and highlight any nonconformance with the Contract design documents.
- Review Contractors’ submitted progress reports related to the Architect's scope of work and share the data collection for preparing the Client’s periodical reports.
- Issue snag lists and follow up for further rectification.
- Other tasks may be assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
- BSc of Architectural Engineering
- Understanding of Shop drawings, BOQs, RFIs,
- Collaboration with MEP and structural disciplines
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Team collaboration
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit
