Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence (letters, emails).
- Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and files.
- Organize and maintain administrative files and records in an accessible system.
- Manage and upload content to the company's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Receive and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage and organize the executive's schedule and appointments.
- Draft official correspondence and respond to emails on behalf of the executive.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management within the scope of work.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Office Administrator, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
