Job Description
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements using industrial engineering methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor production metrics and prepare detailed reports on process performance, recommending actionable improvements.
- Design and layout manufacturing workstations for optimal workflow, safety, and ergonomics.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures and labor requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in process optimization (entry-level candidates may apply for junior roles).
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel (advanced), and statistical tools.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
