Job Description

A leading company in the porcelain trading industry is looking to hire a Supply Chain Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the full supply chain cycle from procurement to delivery.
  • Handle local and international purchase orders and logistics processes.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and shipping agents to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
  • Track shipments and handle customs clearance procedures.
  • Analyze supply chain data and generate regular reports.
  • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
