Job Description

  • Conduct job evaluation and assessment and determine the right job grade and level.
  • Conduct Job analysis interviews, update the Job descriptions database annually and whenever needed. 
  • Conduct manpower analysis and capacity planning for the manpower.
  • Participate in Designing, implementing, and updating company compensation & benefits policies and procedures.
  • Propose compensation packages based on the business goal, strategy, and market forces.
  • Prepare data related to salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
  • Develop benefits network with external suppliers.
  • Conduct formal and informal financial and non-financial benefits surveys.
  • Forecast budget for salary increases.
  • Introduce new company benefits and compensation options.
  • Prepare total earnings reports for all employees and new hires as per MNHD/Hay Salary Scale and policies.
  • Participate in payouts calculations.
  • Develop and update the Organization Chart and proceed for approval with HR Director & Management in collaboration with OD Division.
  • Prepare HR analytical reports and HR budget in line with strategic plan.
  • Develop and execute promotional and succession plan in collaboration with sectors heads.
  • Conduct package analysis and offers and ensure full alignment with salary scale and budget. 
  • Consolidate human capital plan as per the approved positions and structure. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 6 years of HR Experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of C&B experience/knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Preferable Relevant Real Estate background.
