Job Description
- For new hires, open a new file, receive official pre-requisite employment papers, assign ID numbers, open bank accounts, prepare contracts..
- Keep employees files updated and in accordance to the Saudi Labor Law.
- Answer all employees' complaints from Labor Office as well as Labor Law requirements.
- Update and maintain accurate data on the social insurance portals.
- Submit monthly and periodical reports as per required.
- Ensure that all employees inquiries are handled in a timely and proper manner
Job Requirements
- Experience from 1- 2 years as Personnel Specialist.
- Healthcare experience is a must.
- Experience in dealing with Fingerprint Machine.
- Able to deal with labor office and social insurance office.
