Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the aluminum operations, including the technical office, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Oversee and optimize the production of windows, doors, curtain walls, and cladding systems.
• Ensure the use of various local and international aluminum profiles in line with industry standards.
• Manage project timelines and oversee material procurement, cost estimation, and shop drawings.
• Collaborate on submittals, approvals, and production follow-up to meet client requirements.
Job Requirements
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in aluminum fabrication, including windows, doors, and curtain walls.
• Strong project management capabilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in cost estimation, material takeoffs, and preparing technical documentation.
• Experience in the building material field & high-end construction projects.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
