Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our team as an Elkheta Connect Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and successful implementation of Elkheta Connect, our innovative online education platform. You will work closely with the class admins department and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of our services and the achievement of our goals.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the Elkheta Connect project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling.
- Provide guidance, support, and supervision to the class admins department, ensuring their efficient performance and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with the top management and line managers to define the strategic direction and objectives of Elkheta Connect, aligning them with the overall company vision.
- Determine the required resources, both human and technical, for the smooth functioning of Elkheta Connect and allocate them effectively.
- Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the education or EdTech industry.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset.

- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent computer skills.
