Job Description
- Proficient in working with ISO 9001 accredited Document Management Systems, ensuring strict compliance with standards and procedures.
- Familiarity with document control processes and systems in project settings, including expertise in interface management with vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Understanding of engineering documents and approval processes within projects.
- Hands-on experience with document management systems such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Aconex, or similar platforms.
- Knowledgeable in Records Management and archiving practices.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Administration, Project Management or relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrial projects as a Document Controller.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Proficient typing and editing skills
- Data organization skills
- Attention to detail
