Job Description

Field of experience: Presses, Dyes and dyes components for sheet metal tin plate, welding Production lines, related sub equipment and components– corresponding production utilizes operation and maintenance.

  • Supervise and be responsible end to end on subordinate team – equipment – production and corresponding utilizes for Presses and production business units
  • Ensure proper die selection, alignment, and maintenance across different tin plate thicknesses and sizes.
  • Improve production efficiency while maintaining product integrity and mechanical performance
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting for press malfunctions or quality issues.
  • Perform process mapping and optimization to streamline operations and reduce non-value-added activities.
  • Document and standardize work instructions and procedures.
  • Responsible to develop the skills of operational employees to ensure optimum resource utilization
  • Following up the raw materials availability compared to the production plans to take corrective actions. (Material planning and management on system and shopfloor)
  • Following up on daily bases the production status of each machine compared to the assigned timetable to take quick corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through team participation in daily meetings and plant management meetings, to improve resource utilization, performance, and quality.
  • Will be Responsible to improve subordinate technical skills as well as update and create current policies and documentation related to his workstations
  • Responsible for his team’s safety – equipment safety as well as personal safety through Behavior safety visits or practices. 
  • Responsible to track, create and improve continuously daily KPI related to operation (Breakdowns% - efficiency% - waste% - changeover time) 
  • Responsible for self-learning and developed in the field of Tin components – Welding equipment. 

Job Requirements

  • Engineering graduate 
  • Hands-on experience with presses, dies, forming machines, and sheet metal components
  • Very good command of English language and computer skills (Microsoft office and ERP system – auto cad and or Solid work is a plus)
  • Proactive attitude – Self autonomous management is a must
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities
  • Proven experience managing change – resistance which may arise from different diversities
