Job Summary:

The Gas Maintenance Section Head is responsible for overseeing the execution and management of all maintenance activities related to gas systems and equipment. This role ensures asset reliability, team performance, adherence to safety standards, and cost-effective maintenance practices in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all gas-related assets and systems.
• Monitor team performance, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Track asset reliability, identify recurring issues, and initiate corrective actions to improve system uptime.
• Execute maintenance procedures with the team according to the company’s Maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure spare parts availability, maintain safety stock levels, and coordinate with the warehouse/supply chain as needed.
• Monitor and control the maintenance budget in alignment with company policy and cost-efficiency goals.
• Train and onboard new hires, ensuring they are well-acquainted with safety procedures, technical requirements, and company protocols.
