Job Description
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained
- Handle the daily maintenance tasks.
- Responsible of preventive & protective maintenance of site machines & equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair any site equipment failure.
- Handle and operate the preventive maintenance schedule.
- Perform and supervise maintenance-related repairs.
- Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule.
- Maintain equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment.
- Document and trace machine faults.
- Monitor spare parts stock and update the stock level.
- Follow up on the site’s spare parts requests.
- Read and understand the operation and service manuals.
- Document daily tasks and provide reports to the management.
- Provide a weekly report about the site machines.
Job Requirements
- B.SC. In Communications or Electronics/Electrical Engineering from a recognized educational institute.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in maintenance is a MUST.
- Familiar with card manufacturing & printing technologies.
- Excellent electrical & mechanical maintenance experience.
- Production lines maintenance experience.
