We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who is ready to take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing client relationships, leading a team, and ensuring projects are delivered with excellence. The responsibilities include: 

• Leading a team of account managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance. 
• Managing key client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships 
• Overseeing project timelines, and budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. 
• Collaborating with internal teams to drive successful outcomes for clients. 
• Leading strategy sessions and providing insights to help clients achieve their goals.
• Oversee the day-to-day performance of the team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members based on their skill set.
• Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to address issues, provide feedback, and track progress.
• Motivate team members to achieve their full potential and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
