Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who is ready to take on a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing client relationships, leading a team, and ensuring projects are delivered with excellence. The responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of account managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance.
- Managing key client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Overseeing project timelines, and budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive successful outcomes for clients.
- Leading strategy sessions and providing insights to help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day performance of the team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members based on their skill set.
- Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to address issues, provide feedback, and track progress.
- Motivate team members to achieve their full potential and address any performance issues in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience in Account Management
- Excellent command of spoken & Written English.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate with both external (partners) and internal (regional/local) teams across departments.
- Data orientation, and strong analytical skills.
