A medical and laboratory furniture company based in 6th of October City, Giza, is seeking a Marketing Manager.

### *General Objective:*
Leading and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand, increase sales, and achieve sustainable growth through innovative and effective marketing plans.
### *Main Tasks and Responsibilities:*
1. *Setting marketing strategies:* *Developing marketing strategies:*
- Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance products.
- Analyzing the market and competitors and identifying marketing opportunities.
- Identifying target segments and developing strategies to attract customers (B2B and B2C).
2. *Branding:* *Branding:*
- Enhancing the company's brand image and ensuring its consistency across all channels.
- Supervising the design of marketing materials (catalogs, advertisements, website, social media platforms).
3. Digital marketing and advertising: *Digital Marketing and Advertising:*
- Leading online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing).
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and management of the website's marketing content.
- Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing data to improve return on investment (ROI).
4. Social media marketing: *Social media marketing:*
- Developing content strategies to increase engagement and following on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
- Collaborating with influencers and media to enhance reach.
5. *Organizing events and exhibitions:* *Organizing events and exhibitions:*
- Planning participation in local and international exhibitions to showcase products.
- Organizing promotional events to increase brand awareness.
6. Joint Sales and Marketing Management: *Joint Sales and Marketing Management:*
- Working with the sales team to achieve common goals.
- Developing promotional offers and discounts to attract customers.

- Preparing the marketing budget and distributing it effectively.

Job Requirements
### *Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the medical sector).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- The ability to analyze data and use tools like Google Analytics.
- Leadership and management skills to lead the marketing team.
- Proficiency in English
- Creativity and the ability to come up with attractive marketing ideas.
