Job Description
Talent Acquisition
Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process — job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
Conduct initial phone screens and maintain strong candidate communication
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Maintain and update applicant tracking and recruitment databases
Support employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms
Help organize and participate in job fairs and other sourcing events
HR Operations & Admin
Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
Maintain and organize HR records and digital files
Support basic HR communications and announcements
Help track HR-related data (leaves, attendance, contracts, etc.)
Liaise with internal departments as needed for HR-related tasks
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment processes end-to-end, including interviews, recruitment system maintenance, sourcing (including social media).
- High level of control in the English language (Speaking, reading, and writing).
- University Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in global recruitment processes
- Result-driven, agile, and can-do approach.
- Team player and self-motivated to learn and grow.
- Previous experience in the medical field is a plus.
