Job Description

- Framing the Project Schedule for all projects and services based on productivity and Resource
theory. - Framing the Bill of Quantities for the plan submitted based on the 59 categories from company
policy. - Generating the Inventory, Master purchase and Shipping reports for all the purchased and
transferred items. - Coordinating with the auditing team for Inventory audits
- Responsible for providing the list of purchases for the projects to the Construction team.
- Responsible for coordinating with assistant planning Engineer while doing the sectional drawing.
- Responsible for taking all the actual site dimensions from the site and create a rough draft in
AutoCAD. - Responsible for doing all the Entries in the Inventory software provided by the company.
- Framing the quotation based on Market prices and generating the project budget based on bill
of quantities submitted by the assistant planning Engineer. - Coordinating with the Assistant planning Engineer related to generating the QR codes for site
plans. - Updating the Gantt Chart in Plan radar tool.
- Creating the Weekly progress Report for projects based on Baseline for the project.
- Tracking the project daily based on the data provided in Plan radar from site Engineers.
- Notifying the Construction team with Daily task and Reminders for project delays.
- Providing the Work progress percentage generated using MS Project to the assistant planning
- Engineer in order to create Weekly progress Reports.
- Major role in creating the Variation Quotation for the ongoing projects.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 to 6 years for experience.
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- MS office
