Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-driven Architectural BIM/CAD Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality architectural shop drawings and BIM models, ensuring accurate coordination with other disciplines, and maintaining design integrity throughout all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural shop drawings and BIM models based on design documents and project specifications.
Coordinate architectural models with structural, mechanical, and electrical trades to identify and resolve clashes.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards throughout all drawing sets.
Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare material schedules as needed.
Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical input from an architectural perspective.
Prepare RFIs for missing or unclear design information.
Generate accurate as-built drawings upon project completion.
