Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Revit Modeler to join our team, specializing in the design and detailed modeling of aluminum curtain wall facades. The role involves creating highly detailed BIM models to LOD 400, generating shop drawings, 3D drawings, method statements, and material reports, as well as developing a proprietary library of sliding systems. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Autodesk Revit, BIM data management, and facade design.

Key Responsibilities

• Detailed Modeling: Create precise Revit models of aluminum curtain wall systems, including components such as glass, aluminum extrusions, fasteners, and other associated parts, to LOD 400 standards.
• BIM Data Reporting: Generate accurate BIM data reports, including bills of quantities (BOQs) detailing materials, sizes, and descriptions (e.g., glass types, aluminum profiles, fasteners).
• Shop Drawings & Documentation: Produce detailed shop drawings, 3D drawings, and method statements to support fabrication and installation processes.
• Library Development: Design and develop a comprehensive library of proprietary sliding systems, fully detailed to LOD 400, including all components and assemblies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models align with design intent, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all models and deliverables meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
