Job Description
- Designing and implementing marketing campaigns.
- Supporting the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
- Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
- prepare and attend professional business conferences, events, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate marketing & sales teams by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Keeping track and following up on minutes of meetings whether externally or internally.
- Ensuring and implementing proper documentation flow as per company policy for all marketing activities and projects.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales & marketing data.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Excellent Command of the English Language.
- Proven experience in Marketing; experience as a Marketing coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
- 2+ years in the marketing field.
