Information Technology Product Manager

Position Objectives:We are looking for 10+ years of experience Product Manager with hands-on experience in Product Life cycle, Backlogs, Project Management, Research, and IT Application Development with experience in the Government Sector of the Saudi Market.Job Description and Responsibilities:Identifying market needs, defining product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful development and delivery. Product Managers also conduct market research, analyze competition, and strategize product positioning to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.Lead and manage large-scale projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals.Utilize project management frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, and Lean to deliver projects on time, within budget, and above expected quality.Drive digital transformation projects that incorporate innovative technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud solutions.Collaborate with IT and business units to develop strategies that enhance digital customer experiences and operational processes.Lead and mentor Cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting a culture of excellence.Manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and ensure resources are effectively utilized.Act as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, and senior management.Communicate project goals, timelines, and ongoing progress through presentations and reports.Develop risk management plans to identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.Ensure compliance with ISO standards and lead business continuity efforts to maintain uninterrupted business operations.Initiate and champion process improvement projects to streamline operations and increase efficiency.Stay abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative solutions and practices to the organization.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.Proven experience (10+ years) in Product Management and project management, particularly in IT and business transformation projects.Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, or equivalent are highly desirable.Hands-on experience in Digital Transformation Projects (Automation, AI, CX improvement)Demonstrated ability in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in business analysis and risk management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in engaging with executives and clients.Native Arabic Speaking will be a plus.
