Job Description
- Establish a strong rapport with hiring managers at headquarters and on sites to understand their strategic staffing needs and fill vacancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure clear mutual understanding of staffing priorities and practical constraints. Guide the hiring managers through the recruitment process whenever needed.
- Receive queries through Oracle, develop announcements, post advertisements on a variety of channels such as (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, Forasna … etc.) as well as available social media platforms.
- Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates
- Screen resumes after tracking applicants flow, maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, help collect and analyze recruitment data and maintain accurate database.
- Present fully-screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct Phone screening interviews to analyze candidate experience and fit, coordinate pre-employment tests if needed, and develop a short list of potential candidates.
- Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties aligned.
- Conduct face to face interviews, till grade 8-9, with potential candidates, prioritizing internal referrals. (85% of the day).
- Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager.
- Complete reference check and background checks on selected candidates, if requested.
- Attend career fairs and conferences to promote pact and deepen the pool of potential candidates for future needs. Provide information on company operations and employment opportunities to potential applicants.
- Conduct Exit interviews to all resigning employees and receive insights from them to help retain good calibers and work on reducing the turnover of the departments.
- Conduct orientation and onboarding presentation to all new hired employees on their first joining date, after submitting all their documents to the personnel & benefits.
- Update department JDs based on semi-annual basis, based on the dynamics of every department.
- Support with T&D function in gathering data for training centers related to the courses and/or certificates required by each department through the annual TNA, in order to be fulfilled every quarter.
Job Requirements
- BSc. degree in HR Management, business administration or any similar degree.
- 5-8 years of experience in HR management with thorough understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Effective and efficient communication and negotiation skills.
- High Organization and details-oriented skills.
- Team player.
