Job Description

For a leading company in Pharma industry located in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. 

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join the team and support various HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities:

          •        Manage the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, recruitment, interviewing, social, medical insurance and onboarding.

          •        Develop and implement HR planning strategies to support business objectives and employees’ career paths.

          •        Apply performance appraisal systems and ensure fair, structured evaluations based on key performance indicators (KPIs).

          •        Oversee employee relations, handle concerns, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

           •        Benefits administration (HR Letters, bank accounts opening .. etc), vacations, permissions and leave management.

           •        Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

     •        Assist in the design and execution of training and development programs for employee growth           •        Support management in workforce planning and succession planning.

          •        Organize employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs to enhance workplace culture.

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

        •        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

          •        2 years of HR experience, as an HR Generalist.

 

          •        Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

 

          •        Experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR planning.

 

          •        Familiarity with KPI management and performance appraisal applications.

 

          •        Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

 

          •        High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.

 

          •        Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 

          •        Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

 

          •        Presentable, passionate about HR, and a team player.
