Job Description
- Manage the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new staff members, including identifying job vacancies, posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources and administration, such as employee benefits, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records for all staff members.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all staff members, including addressing and resolving any employee grievances or complaints.
- Collaborate with other managers and department heads to ensure the smooth operation of the medical center.
- Oversee the administrative functions of the medical center, such as scheduling, billing, and patient record management.
- Develop and manage the departmental budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources and administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent command of the English Language.
