Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to managing the interview process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Specialist to focus on attracting top-tier talent within Egypt's IT and Software sectors.
You will partner closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their needs and build high-performing teams that drive our company's success.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers in the IT and Software departments to understand their specific technical skill requirements, team structures, and project needs.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing niche job boards (e.g., Wuzzuf, LinkedIn Recruiter with IT filters, specialized tech communities), professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques to identify IT and Software professionals.
- Craft compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the technical requirements and attract qualified candidates in the IT/Software domain (e.g., specific programming languages, frameworks, methodologies).
- Screen resumes, conduct technical phone screenings, and conduct initial interviews to assess technical proficiency and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical teams and hiring managers.
- Prepared and extended job offers, negotiating terms and conditions of employment for technical roles.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new IT and Software hires.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System, specifically tagging and tracking technical skill sets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of IT and Software professionals for current and future needs.
Qualifications & Soft Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong focus on recruiting for technical roles within the IT and Software sectors
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other technical sourcing tools effectively.
- understanding of various software roles and the skills required for success in those roles (Software Engineers, Developers, QA Testers, Project Managers, Product Managers, etc.).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical professionals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical requisitions.
- Excellent Command of the English Language.
