Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to determine current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Job Requirements
✅ Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
