Job Description
- Develop and execute online sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and market share for our clothing and personal care products across e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions on various e-commerce channels.
- Monitor and analyze online sales performance, traffic metrics, and customer behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO), to drive traffic and conversion on e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product production, and customer service, to ensure alignment of online sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies in the same industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with e-commerce partners, vendors, and service providers to support online sales initiatives and maximize channel performance.
- Continuously optimize the online shopping experience, including website navigation, product presentation, and checkout process, to enhance user satisfaction and increase conversion rates.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries on e-commerce platforms, providing timely and helpful assistance to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies and solutions to stay competitive in the market.
- Handle any other tasks related to his role.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the clothing and personal supplies sector.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and digital marketing channels, with hands-on experience managing and optimizing online sales channels.
- She has experience in dealing with Shein and all similar selling sites.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms, as well as experience with online marketplace platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing,
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve business goals.
