Job Description
- Supervise and lead maintenance teams
- Manage and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and upgrades
- Ensure safety compliance and documentation
- Oversee the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and factory systems.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support facility improvements and energy-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate with external contractors for large repairs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facility or maintenance management within a manufacturing plant.
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
