Job Description
- Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
- Develop, implement, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Diagnose equipment failures and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians and junior engineers.
- Collaborate with operations, production, and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review and update maintenance procedures and documentation.
- Support new equipment installation and commissioning activities.
- Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for maintenance performance and report on trends.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical (Power&Control) or related Engineering field.
- 3 : 5 years of progressive experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
- Strong expertise in electrical systems Classic Control , Inverters and PLCs.
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Certification in reliability, maintenance, or safety (e.g., CMRP) is a plus.
