Job Description
- Supervise and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all electrical systems, control panels, and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
- Lead electrical maintenance teams and ensure best practices in safety and operational efficiency.
- Plan and manage the upgrade of outdated systems to enhance reliability and energy efficiency.
- Work closely with production, mechanical, and automation teams to ensure integrated operational excellence.
- Maintain detailed logs, reports, and documentation on maintenance activities and system status.
- Ensure strict compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements in electrical systems performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial control systems (PLC, SCADA), power distribution, and automation.
- Experience with preventive maintenance software and troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of energy-saving solutions and sustainable electrical practices is a plus.
