The Electrical Maintenance Automation Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and automation systems within industrial facilities. In addition to technical responsibilities, the role includes managing new and existing contracts, maintaining professional client communication, and leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical and automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, drives, control panels, sensors, etc.).
• Troubleshoot electrical and automation breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime.
• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks and ensure timely execution.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring failures and implement permanent solutions.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of electrical and automation technicians/engineers.
• Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure technical quality.
• Provide training and technical support to the maintenance team.
• Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities and technical reports.
• Handle existing maintenance and service contracts, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Participate in the preparation, review, and execution of new contracts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical issues, maintenance schedules, and improvements.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments for resources and materials.
• Prepare technical and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding ongoing issues, improvements, and contract performance.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
