Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective maintenance procedures to ensure optimal functionality of all facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve equipment and machines.
• Oversee the functionality of electrical and hydraulic systems of machines.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee all repair and installation activities.
• Allocate workload and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring efficient task completion.
• Monitor equipment inventory and initiate purchase orders when necessary.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
