Job Description

Account managers are masters at juggling client relationships and creative collaboration, they set a vision for what campaigns want to achieve and pave the path to how we get there, balancing both the client’s needs and the agency ambitions. They know how to read between the lines and create lasting partnerships.


  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Meet with clients and maintain existing accounts.
  • Write creative briefs and define advertising budgets.
  • Present creative work to clients.
  • Organize focus groups, production meetings, and issuing invoices.
  • Generate accurate reports on the status of existing accounts and new business
  • Work with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget
  • Present (alongside agency colleagues - particularly the account manager) the campaign ideas and budget to the client
  • Negotiating with clients, solving any problems.
  • Making sure that we meet deadlines & maintaining good relationships with clients.
  • Create & delivering presentations.
  • Research & explore new trends in the advertising fields.
  • Sending and explaining briefs to concerned departments.
  • Supervise the process of the workflow and supporting the team.
  • Attending brainstorming sessions and work closely with the design team to ensure the best quality of all outputs.
  • Responsible for the learning & development of Account executives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of Proven working experience as an Account Manager in an advertising agency.
  • A real understanding of digital advertising opportunities, marketing channels, ATL, BTL & TTL service .
  • Excellent negotiation, planning, problem solving, Communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organization and follow up skills.
  • Fluent English
  • Proven ability to handle stressful situations, multiple tasks, and deadline pressures.
