Job Description

  1. Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with assigned key clients, acting as their primary point of contact within the company.
  2. Client Retention: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication, problem resolution, and proactive service offerings.
  3. Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services that align with the client’s business needs.
  4. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product, and support to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  5. Reporting & Analysis: Regularly track account performance, preparing reports and forecasts to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating and renewing contracts with key clients to maintain long-term business partnerships.
  7. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and the client's market environment to offer proactive insights and solutions.
  8. Client Strategy Development: Work with the client to understand their business goals and develop strategies to help them achieve success through your company’s offerings.

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or client relationship management in a relevant industry.
  3. Communication: Fluency in English is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients at all levels.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with software and hardware, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  5. Presentation Skills: Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
